Kontron Embedded Computers AG Place Up to 2.42 Million Shares
Eching, Germany, December 14, 2001 - Today, Kontron Embedded Computers AG intends to place up to 2.42 million shares through the Dresdner Bank as part of an accelerated bookbuilding exercise.
The shares are to be serviced by a capital increase for which a resolution is still to be passed. In accordance with 186 Section 2 Sentence 4 the shareholders shall not be entitled to a subscription right as a result of the capital increase.
