Introduced in October 2000, the RMX-1U15TFT is an integrated device that allows for highly efficient rack use. It features a 15.1-inch active matrix TFT LCD flat panel display that supports up to 1024 x 768 resolution. It offers a wide viewing angle (120 degrees or greater) and has high brightness (200 nits) and contrast ratios (200:1). It connects directly to a standard 15-pin VGA connector. The mini-input 88-key keyboard features a built-in PS/2 touchpad.

During use, the RMX-1U15TFT unit slides out from the rack and the monitor flips up for display. When not in use, the monitor flips down and the unit slides back into the rack. The monitor is ENERGY Star¿ compliant and features a scratch-resistant plate, as well as a momentary switch, which is complementary with the monitor´s unique key locking front door that serves as an excellent feature for secured environments. The sleek RMX-1U15TFT weighs only 25 pounds and its dimensions are 19 x 1.75 x 22 inches. It has 19-inch rack mounting and the included slide rails fit into cabinets with an 18 to 30-inch rail depth. The monitor has an XGA maximum resolution at 75Hz refresh. Power requirement is 115/230VAC, 50-60Hz, 30W and the unit is VESA DPMS compatible.
